The states in blue are states who are socialist or socialist leaning and have seceded for the union. There are three conglomerate socialist unions.
AWCUSS (American West Coast Union of Socialist States).
NAST (North American Socialist Territories).
NESSA (Northeast Socialist States of America).
The Red states are those states that have stayed true to the Constitutional Republic idea. They have four groups of states that also include Militia groups that have been organized and lead by a mysterious person going by the call sign Leonidas. There’s a fifth militia that is mobile and can moved anywhere available in a moments notice.
ACOST (American Confederation of Southern Territories).
EAFA (East American Free Alliance).
FALF (Free American Liberation Front).
NWAA (Northwest American Alliance).
